Orders are accepted for refund/exchange, except promotional sale/clearance items. All promotional/flash/clearance sale items are final sale.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with all tags attached. Deodorant stains are not tolerated.
You must submit a returns request to email@example.com. We will provide you with our return mailing address, and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm GMT+2. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).
There is no restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Any store credit issued will expire 30 days from issue date.
Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.
