Privacy Policy

The forms on this site ask for your name, your email address, your phone number and a message. The phone number is optional. Which form you used and the neighborhood you were reading about are recorded alongside it, so your enquiry arrives with the context you sent it from.

Nothing else is asked for. There is no account to create and no payment to make, so no password and no card details are ever collected.

The only purpose is to answer you about the enquiry you sent. Rivka Zerbib, Realtor® with United Realty Group, reads and replies to these herself.

Your enquiry is stored in Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship system she works from. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission came from a person rather than a script. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and the Follow Up Boss website tracker record anonymous page views so she can see which pages are useful. Those two see pages visited, not form contents.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Leaving a phone number lets her reply by phone or text about your enquiry. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service, and the phone field is optional on every form.

Email rivka@rivkazerbib.com and ask. Say which email address or phone number you used and it will be removed from Follow Up Boss and from this site.

Enquiries that our own checks flagged as automated are held for 30 days and then deleted on their own.
