This site is published by Rivka Zerbib, a licensed real estate agent in Florida, Realtor® with United Realty Group. It is here to tell you about the areas she works in and to let you reach her.

Everything on it is general information about neighborhoods and about buying, selling and renting. It is not legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice, and it is not an offer or a promise about any particular property. Prices, insurance, flood zones and what an address is permitted to do are set property by property, and need checking against that property.

The community and neighborhood information is confirmed as of the date shown with it and is published in good faith. Institutions move and change their hours, so check anything you are relying on.

The program: Rivka Zerbib sends text messages to people who have given a phone number on this site, about the real estate enquiry they sent. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.
